Treatment planning and consultations are for working people, adults, and people seeking music therapy guidance for mental and physical wellness. Brit provides Music therapy sessions, starting at $35/ 40 minutes, virtually, based on your scheduling needs. Sessions can be monthly or as needed, for anyone who may benefit from music therapy! This service includes consultation with other professionals as needed.

Included is a treatment plan, recommendations for regular use, office hours. Clients can choose how often they want to be seen, as long as it lines up with the recommendation.

Music therapy is effective in addressing stress management and many related mental health conditions as well as addressing physical goals including voice use, movement, and more. Goals may focus around distress tolerance, anxiety/depression reduction, relaxation, mood improvement, increase in feelings of self-worth and positive regard for self and others. School evaluations, recommendations, & in-services: Are you a parent or service provider who wants to know more about music therapy and receiving services in public school? Brit can attend ARDs, provide materials, present, and evaluate for the purpose of receiving services in special education.

Sensory Friendly & Inclusive Music Events

From music events to adapted instruction to birthday parties, request a specially designed event for anyone with disabilities (invisible or not) or in need of therapeutic support. Events are for anyone ages 1-101 including music, activities, socialization, and fun for friends and family.
Music Therapy Groups

Music Therapy Groups are for socialization, wellness, and other therapeutic goals for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities as well as teens and adults with mental health barriers such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Methods include songwriting, improvisation, active singing and music-making, coping strategies with music and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT) approaches. Groups can be for any age and population!
